Physicians:  $250
Nurses:  $200
Allied Health Professionals: $200
Students/Residents/Fellows:  $125

Registrations will not be processed without payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be emailed to christine@cvupdate.ca on or before to November 4, 2022, and will be subject to a $35 processing fee. No refunds will be considered after this date. Registrations are non-transferable. The Planning Committee reserves the right to cancel or postpone this conference due to insufficient registration, or circumstances beyond our control.

Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIPP)

Registration information is collected under the authority of the FOIPP Act. The information is required to register you in this conference and prepare the course material for your use. Financial information is used to process applicable fees and is retained for future reference. This information will not be shared with any other organization.
